Carpal tunnel syndrome

Howdy!

Ever since becoming full-time at this desk job. I have noticed certain limbs and parts of my body that feel unloved. I also have taken note that my right hand is basically glued to the mouse, making my wrist look sad. OK, as you read this I want you to stretch out your right wrist in circles going in and out. Stretch the wrist up and down and all around.
Not only that but my lower palms are resting in the "suggested area" to relax them, they don't feel relaxed. I don't know if my position or routine is safe at all? I have a feeling that it isn't.
Have you ever heard of Carpal tunnel syndrome, I have and at the moment I can't recall the exact explanation or describe symptoms, but let me give it a shot. Carpal tunnel syndrome might possible swell your rotational joints around your wrist, if not swell then harden affecting the flexibility and limberness of those joints causing pain in your wrists. The common folk to receive such luck are string- players (violists, cellist and etc.), athletes (tennis or hockey players) and from spending too many hours on a computer due to keyboard and mouse use.

So give your hands, palms, and fingers some exercise. I love you limbs, digits and rotational joints!

Stretch your back as well, move the pelvis around town and shake the legs like Mr. Presley use too.

It's Monday and its been 2 hrs and 30 minutes since I had lunch.
First time ever having Wendy's Chili and I must admit it was delicious.

I am trying to welcome veggies, fruits, and fiber into my life with open arms. It is easier said than done, but I really do want to live forever and the secret to that is good raw food and Vaseline to prevent wrinkles on the face. Did I say forever? Forever is a long time, I meant to say is live happily and with good energy.

Energy, I learned that I'm not a morning person. Today as a matter of fact. I actually have learned to LOVE sleep when it is needed of course. Naps are great remedies for headaches as well. Get plenty of rest folks, does the body good!

Tomorrow or later on maybe I will get inspired and type something else.
for now.

Oodles and oodles of TOODLES

Check out this story, amazing.
I find these survivors to be rare and beautiful gems, because only a few of them are alive.
I wish his story was available in English, I would enjoy reading it.

First time user and this feels like an online journal, oh wait it is.
The few good reasons for starting this blog is to practice extensive vocabulary,
sentence structure, and better my grammar.
Oh! How can I forget one of the main reasons, which is the similar reasons I share with other fellow bloggers, to share my view of what I see and feel.

At the moment, I am currently at work and entering into my lunch period. I am keep having a staring contest with my GRE study guide(s). I am preparing for the test which is about two weeks away and do not feel nowhere ready. As many of you know the GRE is a Graduate admissions test that is required for Graduate school. Yet, I have had a change of heart and now unsure of what I want to continue to study. I am in no rush, have you noticed the influx of job offerings or opening for college graduates? Yeah, not too high and clearly more competitive. I do not have outstanding credentials as of yet, but I'm working on them. I hope meantime working "full-time" in a clerical position I learn as much as I can.

What I want is to truly discover other opportunities whether paid or unpaid that will continue to unravel and open my eyes to the beauty of the world and endless possibilities of what I may choose to do in the future. For now, I will focus on grasping my appetite and nourishing my body by eating lunch.

Ta-ta for now.
